SCHOLARSHIPS   -  All applicants must be a U.S. citizen, have a 2.5 minimum GPA (out of 4.0), and an undergraduate in at least the second year of a 2-year, 4-year or 5-year degree program during the 2005-2006 academic year.
General Scholarships Application:  Available to students pursuing construction-related degrees. By filling out one application, students may be eligible for any of the following scholarships:
  • AGC of Northwest Ohio Scholarship (1 available):  For students from the Northwest Ohio area
  • AGC of Ohio Scholarships (3 available):  For students from Ohio and neighboring counties
  • Central Ohio AGC Scholarships (2 available):  For students from the Central Ohio area
  • Mosser Construction, Inc. Scholarships (1 available at each school):  For students attending Bowling Green State University, University of Toledo, Owens Community College (Toledo Campus), or Terra Community College (These scholarships are administered by each respective school, but application process goes throught the Education Foundation.)
  • West Central Ohio AGC Scholarship (1 available):  For students from the West Central Ohio area
BUILD UP! is an AGC program designed to enhance the image of the construction industry by educating fifth graders about the industry. AGC members can purchase a Build Up! Tool Kit filled with educational activities and donate it to a fifth grade teacher and class of their choice. Sponsoring companies have the opportunity to visit the class and conduct a hands-on activity.
SAFETY VIDEOTAPE LIBRARY has a wide variety of safety videos to choose from. Every jobsite topic imaginable is addressed from Hazardous Communication, Crane Operation, Excavation, Jobsite Housekeeping to Handling an OSHA Inspection. These tapes are available on loan to be viewed in the convenience of your office for up to 7 days. 
TRAINING MANUALS can be lent out to members for an allotted period of time. The available manuals cover a wide variety of topics including safety, sexual harassment, EEO, project management, marketing, etc.
